What we collect

When you send a request through a form, we store what you entered: your email address and, depending on the form, your name, your company, your message and the details asked for, along with the language of the page. Only your email address is required, since we use it to reply to you.

Why, and on what basis

This data is used only to answer your request and, if you wish, to make you an offer. This processing is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Protecting the forms against bots is based on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).

Your data is never sold or used for advertising, and no automated decision is made about you.

How long

We keep it for no more than three years after our last exchange.

Who processes your data

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website and the request database, and protects the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile). Its processing may take place in the United States: Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts the server that forwards each request to us by email, and PlanetHoster hosts our mailbox.

Cookies and trackers

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no audience measurement and no advertising tools. That is why it does not ask for your consent.

The only exception: when you start filling in a form, Cloudflare Turnstile loads to check that you are not a bot. It analyses technical signals from your browser and stores a technical identifier in the storage of its own domain (challenges.cloudflare.com). This tracker is strictly necessary to send the request you are making securely (Article 10/2 of the Belgian law of 30 July 2018). If you do not touch any form, Turnstile does not load.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to it or ask for a copy. Write to [email protected]: we reply within one month.
